A note from founder Doc Brown:

“Farmers and scientists will directly benefit from much easier-to-use tools that allow them to creatively design and implement their own experiments. Our impact will be global, and the measurements we enable can be used to create emission reduction markets and robust regulatory frameworks and to finally verify international commitments to climate mitigation.” – Dr. D.R. Brown, CEO

CowBell Lab’s founder, D.R. ”Doc” Brown, PhD, is an experienced commercial product development expert who has led agricultural R&D teams at Alphabet’s X and Pivot Bio, with a track record of bringing agricultural solutions to market. Our Values

A Big Opportunity for Impact

The agricultural emissions of the greenhouse gasses (GHGs), methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) produce over 25% of current global warming. Our products and platforms make it feasible to reduce those gasses and create beneficial climate impact.

We are building our organization and founding team in preparation for an expected multi-million dollar philanthropic grant in Q1 of 2024.

We offer a generous compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Healthy Coverage

We cover 100% of premiums for our employees and 70% of the premiums for their dependents on base plans.

401k with Match

CowBell Labs provides a 401k with 6% matching and no vesting or waiting period.

PTO

We provide an unlimited PTO policy and encourage our employees to take at least three weeks of PTO.
